Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Intrinsic Longevity, LLC (“Intrinsic Longevity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website (the “Site”) or starting a visit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Also see our Privacy Policy, HIPAA Notice, Returns Policy, and SMS Terms.

The Site is intended for users in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.

Marketplace platform

Intrinsic Longevity operates a marketplace that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers. We do not manufacture compounded medications and we do not dispense medication ourselves. Clinical decisions — including whether a prescription is appropriate — are made solely by independent providers. Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or that medication will be dispensed.

Medical intake is completed through an online visit (embedded on this Site or opened from it). Use of that visit is also subject to the terms of the technology and clinical partners who operate it.

No emergency care

This platform is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

No doctor–patient relationship from browsing

Reading this Site does not create a clinician–patient relationship. A clinical relationship arises only after a licensed provider evaluates you through the visit process.

Compounded medications

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Their safety or effectiveness has not been verified by the FDA. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid, patient-specific prescription where permitted by law.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate information, be located in a state we serve at the time of the visit, and be at least 18.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by Intrinsic Longevity, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing.

Third-party services

Provider networks, pharmacies, payment processors, and shipping carriers are third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to services they provide. We are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions except as required by law.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrinsic Longevity, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Site is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intrinsic Longevity, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies to clinical or pharmacy services.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
