Privacy Policy
How we handle information collected on the Intrinsic Longevity website.
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy is provided by Intrinsic Longevity, LLC(“Intrinsic Longevity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to information collected through our website at https://intrinsiclongevity.com and related pages we operate (the “Site”). This Site is intended for users in the United States.
What this Site is
The Site provides educational information about peptides, weight loss, and hormone therapy, including a therapy library. It does not process medical intake, prescriptions, or payments. When you choose to shop products or begin a medical evaluation, you leave this Site and continue on our external shop, where availability, pricing, checkout, and—when required—medical evaluation are handled.
Information we collect
- Contact form details: if you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. Please do not include medical or other sensitive health information in the contact form.
- Technical and usage data: like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically receive standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages viewed, as part of operating and securing the Site.
We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this Site. If you submit health or personal information in the external shop (including as part of a medical evaluation), that information is governed by the privacy practices of that service, not this Policy alone.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this Site. We may introduce them in the future (for example, for analytics). If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or consent mechanisms required before enabling them.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools in the future to understand Site traffic and measure engagement (such as outbound shop clicks). Analytics are not described here as a current practice. If we enable analytics, we will update this Policy as described above.
How we use information
- To respond to general inquiries, order-related questions, partnership requests, and feedback
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site
- To improve our content and user experience
- To comply with applicable law and enforce our terms
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Site—for example, email delivery (Resend) for contact form messages and our website hosting provider. These parties process information on our behalf under appropriate arrangements.
When you click through to our external shop, you interact directly with that service. Information you provide there (including for shopping or medical evaluation) is subject to that service's privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Your privacy rights (United States)
Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To make a privacy request, use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
Retention
We retain contact form communications as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business, legal, and security purposes. We do not maintain a user account database on this Site.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us through our contact page so we can delete it.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
