Intrinsic Longevity is a marketplace platform that connects people with independently licensed healthcare providers for online, provider-reviewed weight care. We exist to make thoughtful access to care simpler — from a confidential intake at home through a clinician review and, when a prescription is appropriate, fulfillment by a licensed pharmacy.
The company was founded by brothers Daniel and Patrick Simmons in Frisco, Texas. After years in finance and software, they wanted a clearer path to sustainable health as they entered their 50s — less hype, more licensed care, and honest information about what a visit can and cannot promise.
We do not manufacture compounded medications, and we do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Clinical decisions belong to independent providers. Our role is to operate the platform, coordinate your visit, and support you between check-ins.
