Overview

What it is

KLOW is a clinic name for using four peptides together: the three in GLOW plus KPV, a short peptide studied for calming immune signals in the gut lining.

Using several compounds together deserves extra care. We describe each one on its own page and do not suggest any specific pairing, ratio, or schedule.

KLOW is the GLOW blend with one addition. It takes the same three recovery peptides and adds KPV, which is studied for calming immune signals in the gut lining.

The reason for the addition is that gut symptoms and tissue recovery often show up in the same person, so the blend tries to cover both.

Like the other blend names, it is a clinic convention rather than a tested product. Everything known about it comes from the four pieces separately.

Benefits

What it supports

  • Supports tissue and joint recovery with a balanced inflammatory response
  • Supports the gut lining alongside the three GLOW peptides
  • Supports skin repair, tone, and firmness goals
  • Supports a return to activity for people looking at a recovery-plus-gut approach
Mechanism

How it works

1

BPC-157 is studied for growing new blood vessels into damaged tissue. GHK-Cu carries copper to the enzymes that build collagen and elastin.

2

TB-500 helps repair cells physically move toward the damage, by keeping the internal scaffolding they use available.

3

KPV is the fourth piece. It comes from a natural hormone and is studied for interfering with the switch that turns on inflammation inside cells, particularly in the gut lining.

4

Four peptides means four different mechanisms in one plan. It also means it is harder to tell what is doing what.

The peptide that separates KLOW from GLOW, and it can be discussed on its own.
